60-Minute Initial Consultation

In this consultation, the dietitian will review your initial assessment form with you. The dietitian will discuss your goals, concerns, and areas of interest. The dietitian will also work with you to establish a comprehensive nutrition plan.

Complimentary blood work review with the dietitian.

During your initial consultation and follow-up appointments, be sure to bring in your most recent blood work to have the dietitian review important results with you.

Please inquire with the dietitian should you have any questions about blood work, how it pertains to your nutrition plan and if it is important for you to bring to appointments.

Follow-Up Consultations

Follow-up consultations are intended to provide you with an opportunity to "check-in" with the dietitian. You will have the chance to discuss what is going well, what can be improved and be able to track any progress that has been made (if applicable).

Dietitian Email Support

You will have the opportunity to access the registered dietitian through email between appointments should you have any quick questions or require support.

Collaborative Meal Plan

The dietitian will work with you to construct a 14-day meal plan that fits with your lifestyle and helps you achieve your nutrition and wellness goals.
Personalized digital or hardcopy meal guide.

Condition Prevention & Management Program

(60 min initial consultation + 5x30 min Follow-Up) – $349

According to Dietitians of Canada, after at least three months of dietary counselling, patients with chronic disease have experienced:
